Congratulations on your bun in the oven (also known as pregnancy!). What an exciting time for you and we are so honoured you have chosen our store to help you create your dream nursery.

We are now pleased to provide our My Friend Matilda customers with a gift registry.

How Does it Work?


1. Firstly you either need to decide on a decal you would like or a dollar amount you wish to spend (so you can choose the decal once bub is born!).

2. You provide us with a start and finish date of your registry.

3. We will provide you with approx 20 registry cards (business card size) that you can pass out to your friends or relatives letting them know you have a registry available at My Friend Matilda (perhaps place this in your baby shower invite)...please let us know if you require more!

4. Your friends and relatives will then go to www.myfriendmatilda.com.au and head to the area for "Find a Gift Registry". There they will find a listing with your pregnant photo on it...with a personal note from yourself letting them know which decal you would like (we will post a picture)...or you can keep that quiet...it's up to you.

5. Your friends and relatives will be able to purchase a contribution in values of $10 (min), $15, $20, $50, $60, $100. Please Note: My Friend Matilda will not monitor the amounts purchased until the closing date you provided (so that's if the amount purchased for you is more than the value you requested or value of the decal). If the exceeded amount is $100 or less, you will be required to use this as a credit in our store. If the excess amount is over $100, arrangements can be made to transfer this amount to your PayPal account as soon as possible for you to use elsewhere in your baby preparation!

6. Once your friend or relative has made a contribution, we post out a gift card directly them to pass onto you themselves.

So what do you need to do?

Email the following to us:

1. Your name and which decal or dollar amount you would like to have.

2. Start date and finish date of the period of time to purchase.

3. A small message to your friends and relatives...see example here

4. Your address for us to send out some registry cards to you.

5. A photo of yourself so your friends know which listing is yours.
